Fred Domke, a native of the City of St. Louis, had a career spanning diverse roles, including actuarial science, medical informatics, and leadership in Washington University’s Center for the Application of Information Technology, and several entrepreneurial IT ventures.
Fred and Sharon Domke, with no prior experience in baking bread, founded Bridge Bread in 2011 at a daytime shelter for those experiencing homelessness. Fred has played a pivotal role at Bridge Bread Bakery, guiding it from humble beginnings to its current status.
