John L. Bailey grew up on a chicken farm, where he spent his childhood selling eggs to local restaurants, learning the value of hard work and entrepreneurship early on. He later found success in real estate, beginning with buying houses at auctions in his small town and eventually expanding into owning and operating apartment communities. With his leadership, his company, Chadnic Properties, has grown and is now based in Dallas, Texas.
