Thomas Noonan, practiced trial law in the business and insurance industry for over 30 years. During that time, he served on various boards and commissions, including the Kirkwood City Council. He also served as a municipal judge for the city of Kirkwood. Currently, Thomas works in the field of mental health and addiction and is dedicated to bringing those suffering from those afflictions back into the workforce. Thomas has served on the boards of various nonprofit organizations, including the Magic House and Missouri Wildlife Rescue.
