Bridge Bread Bakery will host its third annual Bread & Butter Gala on October 17, 2025 in the Khorassan Room at The Chase Park Plaza Hotel. We are not holding this fundraiser to keep going – we have enough income to sustain all our activities. We are hosting this fundraiser to keep growing.
The fundraising event will include dinner, dancing, and music, as well as silent and live auctions.
This will be a true Gala. Recommended attire is Black Tie Optional. Tickets include:
- The event in the Khorassan Room at The Chase Park-Plaza
- A coupon for parking in the self-park garage
- A gourmet (3 course) plated dinner
- Premium ‘Diamond’ open bar (3 hours)

- The Gala will be held in the Khorassan Room at The Chase Park-Plaza Hotel, 212 N Kingshighway Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63108
- Parking is in the garage off Maryland, just East of Kingshighway.

- 6 pm October 17th, 2025
- Do you have a basic ‘run-of-show’ yet?
- It will follow a similar format as last year.
- Will there be a celebrity Emcee? If so, who?

- What is the dress code?
- • Dress is ‘black tie optional’ with a mix of business suits and tuxedos for men. Many of the ladies wore really fancy evening gowns. - Will complimentary valet parking be provided?
- There will be complimentary garage parking. We were advised the walk from the lobby, where valet parking is, to the Khorassan Room is much longer and more difficult that from the garage. The entrance for the hotel from the garage goes right by the event space.
- When is the guest list due and what information will you need?
- We can wait pretty close to the event for a final guest list, but guests who are able to register two weeks early (about the end of September) will have a menu choice guaranteed. All we need is name, email address and mobile number. We need the last two things for auction purchases and possible donations. We will not use them for other purposes beyond letting people that attend know about the 2025 Gala.
